4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed before production or dispatch of any order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • For bulk or custom orders, a quotation will be provided before payment is processed.

5. 3D Printing Service Terms

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and print-ready design files (STL, OBJ, or similar formats).
  • Creolab is not liable for print failures resulting from poor or unprintable design files submitted by the customer.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and queue.
  • All designs submitted to Creolab remain the intellectual property of the customer. We do not share, reproduce, or sell customer designs to third parties.
  • We reserve the right to decline printing of designs that are illegal, offensive, or infringe on third-party intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and graphics are the property of Creolab and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is used solely for processing orders and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required for order fulfillment (e.g. shipping partners).
