Bambu Lab H2S

The H2S is Bambu Lab’s large-format professional machine — built for users who have outgrown the P-series build volume, need a 65°C heated chamber for high-temperature engineering filaments, or require servo-precision motion for consistent unattended production. It is a meaningful step above the P2S in every dimension that matters for industrial use.

Key Specs:

  • Build Volume: 325 × 320 × 320 mm — significantly larger than P2S
  • Max Print Speed: 500 mm/s
  • Motion System: CoreXY with servo-driven precision
  • Enclosure: Fully enclosed with active 65°C chamber heating
  • HEPA + Carbon filter: Yes
  • AMS 2 Pro compatibility: Yes — up to 16 colours
  • Laser module: Optional 10W laser add-on (engraving and thin material cutting)
  • Motion accuracy calibration: Yes — Vision Encoder compatible
  • Filament compatibility: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PA, PA-CF, PPS-CF, PET-CF and high-temperature composites
  • Connectivity: Wi-Fi, LAN mode, Bambu Handy app
  • Why the 65°C heated chamber matters: ABS, ASA, PA, and PPS-CF require a controlled ambient temperature during printing to prevent warping and delamination. The H2S’s active chamber heating maintains 65°C throughout the print — enabling consistent output in engineering materials that the P2S cannot match reliably.
  • The optional 10W laser: The H2S can be ordered with or without the laser module. The 10W blue diode laser is genuinely capable of wood engraving and thin material cutting — adding a second manufacturing capability to the machine. Worth considering if your applications include marking, engraving, or light cutting.
  • H2S vs H2C — one key decision: If multi-material printing with minimal purge waste is your primary workflow, look at the H2C. If you primarily print functional single or dual-material parts and need the large build volume and heated chamber, the H2S at a significantly lower price is the right choice.

Who it’s for:

  • Manufacturing units, engineering firms, and production environments that need large-format engineering-grade prints at consistent quality. Also, the right machine for anyone printing PPS-CF, high-temp PA, or other demanding composites regularly.
